⭐ Is the neighborhood safe and quiet?
Select Living Properties are located in the Yorktown Historical District. This neighborhood is safe and chosen for comfort, convenience, and peace of mind. Our homes are on quiet, walkable streets with easy access to major roads, hospitals, and attractions.

⭐Can I bring my pet?
We love pets and understand how difficult it is to find nice accommodations that permit pets.

PETS are allowed at Edgewood Place (Not Woodward Place) and the backyard is completely fenced.
Rates: $25/per pet/per night.

Please tell us about any pets that you would like to bring on your trip in your reservation request and include details like breed, age, social temperament, name (we love to hear pet names!) and any other details that would be helpful to know about your 4-legged family member.

⭐What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-In: 4:00 pm
Check-Out: 10:00 am
We provide self-check-in via a digital keypad. Door codes and detailed property information is sent around 2pm on day of arrival.

⭐What is the cancellation policy?
Our Standard Cancellation Policy

90% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 31 days or earlier before arrival.
50% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 14 days or earlier before arrival.
0% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled in less than 7 days or fewer before arrival

⭐What type of WIFI and TV do you have?
We provide high-speed internet and wife that can accommodate multiple connections, video conferencing, and streaming. We have one 50-inch Roku Smart TV so remember to bring your logins. Each home also has a portable Bluetooth speaker.

⭐What is the Cleaning Fee and basic checkout procedures?
Our cleaners charge $90 per clean and our check out procedures are simple:

1. Please put all trash in the dark gray bin outside.
2. Used towels go in the bathtub.
3. Please start the dishwasher (if needed). Dishwasher pods are under the kitchen sink.

*If you happen to leave early, we would be grateful if you let us know. Our cleaners value every extra minute they can get. 😊

Your arrival should feel effortless. All Select Living properties offer self‑check‑in with a secure smart lock code delivered around 2pm on the day of your arrival.

Check‑in: 4:00 PM
Check‑out: 10:00 AM (We run a tight ship and our cleaners arrive right around 10am).

To keep every stay peaceful and enjoyable, we ask guests to follow these guidelines:

No smoking inside the home
No parties or events
Registered guests only (You must notify host if you are having visitors)
Pets allowed only at Edgewood Place (Not Woodward Place)
Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM

⭐ Is the home professionally cleaned between each stay?
Yes — every Select Living home is cleaned by a professional, hotel‑standard cleaning team. We follow a detailed checklist that includes:

Full linen + towel refresh
Disinfection of high‑touch surfaces
Deep cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen
Restocking essentials
Quality checks before every arrival

⭐IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:

We are proud to serve a clientele which appreciates our home as if it were theirs. Thank you for booking with us and thank you for responding to messages. Communication is important to us.
This home has not been designed for young children. The large TV is on a stand and not secured to the wall. There are no furniture anchors, Pack 'n Plays, etc. We leave the decision to bring children up to our guests. By staying at Edgewood Place, you accept all risk and responsibility associated with having children/pets on the property. Please make sure everyone is safe and secure at all times.
You must be at least 25 yrs old to book our home or a Rental Lease is required.
Added security features such as a video doorbell are there for your safety and peace of mind (monitored outside & recorded 24/7).
